3 months off Temazepam / New to Site

Hello! So excited to have found this site! Wish I knew anything about sleeping pill withdrawal and what I was getting myself into before deciding to get off these pills. So happy to have this information now as I’m going thru hell one day at a time and I know hearing other stories is going to get me thru this. One day at a time!!
