How many have DR DP & or Visual Distortions?

Hi, I'm looking for support & experiences of those with DErealization, depersonalization, & also visual distortions. Particularly the visual distortions in conjunction with one of the other 2 or both, but all experiences welcome, of course.

I need new script glasses, but my visual distortions are constant, but ever changing. I also don't think I could discuss my distortions with eye doc as I Havnt told my pdoc.  Do any of you have thoughts or experiences as to if I could accomplish a proper eye exam for mostly reading progressive glasses with these distortions? I'm in need a of a new pair, as mine are broken & have never been adjusted properly where they either slide or I'm in ear pain, so not the right ones.
