Pressure

Does anybody get this SEVERE pressure in the brain, behind the eyes and nose, ears and can feel it moving around behind all of them and hear everything cracking when behind them? Like you can literally feel the pressure moving all around? And it messing with your hearing? It's driving me crazy and I feel so alone 😭 I'm scared it's going to detach my retinas or rip my eye muscles.

Hi PinkGlitter, you aren't alone! I had this sx in withdrawal and for a while in recovery.  Pressure all over.  The head/brain symptoms were scary.  Very weird symptoms, my dr thought I was crazy.  I could actually feel my scull moving and it would make creaking noises, I had ear pressure, eyes, nose, I thought my head was about to explode.

 

Holding did nothing for me.  Hopefully it will ease off for you very soon!
