We all have a story to tell. Although our stories may differ in detail, they all have two very common threads: benzo damage and recovery. The situation can appear hopeless, and it often seems as though we will never be benzo-free, but there are others have been here before you. They have overcome their iatrogenic (doctor induced) addiction to benzos.
In their own words, "Buddies" share their experiences, perspcetives, and musings in the hope that others may draw strength from knowing that they are not alone. Your goal is achievable.
The "Team" serves as an introduction to those who freely give their time and energy in order to keep the Community running smoothly. The Team consists of ordinary people who have had personal experince with benzos; we are either recovered, or recovering, benzo-heads.
