Life got in the way..

Last night my wife sat up on the edge of the bed, said she felt nausea and then passed out.    Trip to the ER, 45 minutes over icy roads, me freaking out following the ambulance.  Thankfully she seems ok and is now wrapping presents

But life got in the way and I got 1 hour sleep last night.  Went to bed at midnight and woke up at 1:30.

How in the world does anyone taper their benzo when shit like this happens?  I guess I'll just pick up tomorrow and carry on.

Lack of sleep exacerbates my anxiety something fierce.

Sorry this happened Jerry, but yeah life and shit happens even when you are tapering.

Just pick up and carry on.  Get sleep tonight.
