Catching everything!

I never used to get sick.  Now I've been sick for 4 weeks catching various viruses.  What is happening?  Also, I can't take vitamins d and I know it's lower than it should be but it revs me up.  What am I to do?

Me too , everything . Have to stay away from people all the time  at 28 months off .

I think benzo fried our immune  system .

Will take time again  till everything get back to normal .
