I can't function , on the couch all day

I need advice please , I'm still on 0,25 of clonazepam a day ( down from 0,5 a day ) since about 2 weeks ago my neck has been so painfull , it feels extremely tense , my jaw and sides of neck too , very stiff and sore , I can't function I just lay on the couch all day I can't live like this , I tried taking muscle relaxants , pain pills , nothing helps , what should I do ? I had an X-ray of my neck done and everything looked peachy , my jaw is so stiff it cracks real loud when I open my mouth , the back of my neck is very very sore , I'm desperate for help , could this be from clonazepam withdrawel ? I don't know what to do .

Sounds very typical from benzo withdrawal. Sorry for your problems but you are already starting to heal. Like everyone says here, it's that nasty four letter word, Time.
