Vertigo feeling returns..

Just when I thought it was slowly subsiding the vertigo/dizziness feeling has returned. What the hell? Feels like I'm losing my balance and I have to plant my feet on the ground like a damn baby giraffe. Anything to help this symptom? So frustrated right now. 

Hmmm I'm dealing with the same thing and I'm still on over 7mgs valium. Admittedly I did have a bad blow to the head about a month ago and that set it off, but the benzo withdrawal isn't helping.

They prescribed me Cerc which kind of helps. Other antihistamines help just as well I reckon.

Meh.. hate that hit to the head
