Crawling skin

I am down to .26mg of K.  My skin pretty much crawls all the time.  Mostly at night.  I take my dose and my skin crawls until I go to bed and go to sleep. If my skins is not crawling, its burning.  Especially the bottoms of my feet. 

 

Anyone have the crawling skin a lot.

Can you describe the crawling? Is it muscle twitches? Itchiness?

It feels like bugs crawling under my skin.  Mostly my legs.  It will itch and burn but mostly crawling.

I get that sometimes. My skin feels like lots of little insects are having a party on me! Lol

    It is unpleasant especially when u try to get to sleep! Sometimes I use lavender oil . I just smooth it over my skin , it works well sometimes.

      It will get better  Just takes time.        Hugs Pinkee

I have had this on and off for months. I describe it as feeling like ants are crawling up my skin. Really distracting. I can handle it except when I get that feeling on my face. Mine comes and goes.

I have it as well. Been happening for the last couple of months and if its gone, then yes..I'm burning up.

Every day GG. My toes burn and sting and I get that crawling skin feeling on my shins and sometimes on my calves.

Have it al the time, started in september with restless legs....

After that pins and needles , and mostly al in my lower legs and knees.

 

My lower legs feels like there are bugs crawling under my skin, and like something is pulling my muscles.
