[ma...]
I have been more sedentary that not over the last five or six months. I do walk to the mailbox and up and down during the day. Some days I am up very little for brief periods of time due to severe weakness. I have had a few windows where I would be up for part of the day. Now my legs are so weak at this point I can hardly stand for a few minutes. I know weak legs are a withdrawal symptom, and I am in a bad wave at the moment from trying to do too much four days ago when I really pushed myself. I am afraid I have muscle atrophy in my legs. It is so bad in the mornings. How would I know, or is it withdrawals? Has this happened to any one else? I am really getting scared at this point, so I hope someone will respond. ~Mama2
[ma...]
Just needing some reassurance that very weak legs is normal at 2 1/2 months out. Did anyone else have this? Shouldn't it be getting better by now? ~Mama2
[So...]
I have read that curcumin might help stop muscle atrophy. But, please research it first. Denise
[ig...]
Hi Mama2, this is part of the w/d, so please understand that many of us are going through this. I was shocked when my muscles started atrophying, but I understand it's part of what I'm going through to reach the end of this stuff. Hope this helps. Sending gentle hugs, Iggy
[ma...]
I just wonder is it true atrophy or is it just the weakness ( jelly legs ) coming from the withdrawals.
