[lj...]
I'm so sorry.... I know how scary and frustrating this all can be... I can't give you much advice other than my experiences. I've been off benzos for almost 2yrs now and my heart has never been the same. I feel it race throughout the day for no apparent reason and when I try and go to bed lately it feels as though its going to come through my chest. I've now been diagnosed with "inappropriate sinus tachycardia" by a cardiologist and I have yearly visits. Its all a pain in the butt but it is what it is... I've cut all caffeine and even decaf...for some reason even decaf makes my heart race... I also feel that if I have pretty stressful days at work my heart symptoms are a lot worse.... Again, I'm very sorry that you have heart withdrawl symptoms...its never any fun. I wish you continued success with your withdrawal...
