Hi Karin,

Congratulations.

Try not to worry about it being tough. Many experience some difficulties when they first quit, but they will pass.

  • 2 weeks later...

 Congrats Karin

Give it some time and you will start to see the improvements.  I am approaching 3 weeks off and each day is better.  For what it is worth, my taper was worse than when I jumped off.  A few tough days, but nothing as bad as the taper.  Expect the best and deal with the rest as it comes.  No senses worrying about it.

Congrats again  :yippee:

Congratulations, Karin,

Be very proud of yourself for going through the tapering process.  A little over a month off for me and still getting 'waves' but every day gets better.  Hold on tight.
