Wow, I just saw this celebration post.  This is so cool. It has been 22 DAYS since my last benzo and I am feeling excellent....The anxiety sometimes kicks up a bit, but it is nothing I cannot handle with some deep breathing, exercise and self talk.

This benzo buddy is benzo free.......

Great news that things are progressing so well. Do keep us up to date, and I hope, expect, no, DEMAND that you write-up a 'success story' when you feel the time is right. :)

Hey, Hitman,

 

Sorry I am late in posting.  Congratulations on your great accomplishment.  I am so glad you are feeling pretty good.  It has been a week of benzo freedom for me and I am feeling a heck of alot better, too.  Let's pat each other on the back.  :yippee::thumbsup:
