[sp...] Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 Here are some positive affirmations I use and say when in a really rough patch- hope they help in some way: 1. No matter how bad this gets, it will not last forever - it is just my receptors opening up - I am recovering. 2. Even when been really awful in the past, each bad phase does eventually end. 3. Try to stay strong for husband/kids. 4. Read the success stories over and over and believe you will heal - there will be light at the end of the tunnel. 5. Try to breathe deeply and relax as much as possible. 6. Try to accept this is just where things are for now and ride it out - it will improve again. Don´t push yourself. 7. Work on distracting yourself wherever possible. 8. If not sleeping,it is just the adrenaline flowing and normal sleep will happen soon. Don´t stress! Itll only make it worse.
