Schedule for titration from Librium...

Hi, I think I'm ready to start tapering starting monday 28th. Currently I'm taking Librium, 3 pills of 5mg a day. I already ordered a 100 ml. cylinder and a syringe marked every 1 ml, so I think I'm set.

It's getting late here, so I'll get back to you about this in a day or two.

 

You will need to determin a taper rate (discuss this with others within this thread if you need help determining this). I will also need to know the size of increments marked on the cylinder.

Thanks Colin, no rush, since I'm starting until the 28, the cylinder has 1ml increments. I would like to taper 10% every 1-2 weeks depending on how stable I feel after each cut.

The schedule provides all dates, so i will need a precise taper rate from you. Of course, you can change you mind later, and I will alter your schedule to suit. Because the dose is changing so frequently with titration, it is easy to forget your dose, so a detailed schedule is helpful.

I understand, I'll try 10% every week, starting on the 28 of july.
