itchy bumps on head benzo wd?

When my mom was going thru withdrawal the first year from lorazepam, she had bumps on her head that itched all the time.

However, right around 1 year off benzo's, the bumps went away, but she had taken an old lorazepam because she didn't want to get panicky when going to the dentist.

Would this mean the itchy bumps are benzo withdrawal related?
