new to forum

hi my name is lynn and i am taking diazepam and have done for 20 years, i am down to 1mg and i do not know how to get off that last 1mg,if anyone can help i would appreciat any advice. i dont know why i am scared at this stage and symptoms are not good i get panics more so than ever and scarde of what lies ahead, is this normal??

so far i have managed to cope with the reductions i have made, but i have had no support from my gp and he has been cutting back 2mg a month and i try work it out which is hard as sometimes my head is not thinking straight but i will try to go for  a 1/4 this week and see how it goes
