I have had a bit of itching off and on, but I now start to itch after meals.  Maybe its a new allergy?

any particular foods that trigger this, or is it every meal?
Have you ever considered an antihistamine like Benadryl to see if your itching goes away? Then you'd know if it's an allergic reaction or else.

Hi [...].  I first noticed my arms broke out with in a rash a few weeks ago after some greek yogurt.  I have not kept track of the foods though that make me itch.  Time will tell.

thanks

Hello [...].  That kind of my concern.  the 7 panel showed alt at 47.  That was 2 weeks after my last beer or pill.  But a simple cbc with 7 panel does not detect damage.  It sounds like you know what to look out for.  I am pretty sure mine is swollen.  A little pain in front and slight ache in back.
