New to this

Hey guys, I Posted my first forum last night but was disconnected due to bad internet service.  I was wondering if there is a phone # for support or if its all chat.  I have a hard to keeping a connection at home.

 

Hi, Linda.  Bad internet services is such a major pain. 

 

I don't know of any phone numbers for support.  Hope you can get back on and post what you are wanting support for: are you looking to stop taking a benzodiazapine and if so, which one(s) and how much are you taking and for how long?  I hope you can come back because you will find a lot of information and support here.

If you are composing a long post, do it off line. This saves money and protects you against loosing a post because of bad connection. All of us loose posts from time-to-time. I'm on broadband, but I still keep a copy of long post just in case it doesn't go through. We have chatroom too, but this is not going to help you if you keep being disconnected.
