Can i be referred to a page regarding withdrawal emtional and physical

i am nearing the end and what to know what stages i will go thru when i get there - is the fact that i am doing a direct taper make it much harder on me?  i don't have a choice in the matter.

 

is there some way i can make it easier?  what can i do to make it easier?

 

i see i will need some real help as i near the end - how long will it be hard?

The final step off your benzos should not be approached with dread - it is just another cut! The truth is that your own GABA regulatory system has already largely taken over from the the effects of your higher doses of Ativan. In fact, there is much to look forward to, and you have every reason to be optimistic. You will experience more clarity than you ever thought possible. This is unlikely to happen on the day of your final dose, but it will happen.
