I hate periods and it keeps me level not to have period and I don't get low iron, so I only take iron tabs the month I have a Withdrawal period.  I don;t think there is very much progesterone in Seasonal, mostly estrogen.  I take it for acne and convenience of no periods.

Another good thread with a lot of great information.  Thanks Perseverance!  I'm coming off progesterone now and am having a heck of a time...
