Clonazepam/klonopin withrowal?

Hi all , i was wondering if anyone knows how to find right doctor/ psych, to cross over to Valium to get of this med/clonazepam, still currently on 2.5-3mg , but my doc  want to go direct slowly tapper, but symptom's are unbearable, and me being in tolerance for almost a year, i have tried slow tapper but cant pass 2mg, and function propertly,i even told this doc that i need crossover to Valium to function day to day,but his only willing to go direct tapper, I have tried to find one but had no luck.

So if anyone know how to find one,or what to ask before changing doctors,just to make sure its right one , I'm in Wisconsin.
