Frequent anxiety attacks..again

Hi!

Im at .664mg of klonopin.  Im using liq klon to taper down..I do a very slow taper and I was doing ok for 3 months, have anxiety here and there..but now the attacks are becoming regular, usually around 3-6 pm and or some days constant mild anxiety.  Thing is this is why I got on this drug in the first place..Im so down about this and feel defeated.

Are you having full blown panic attacks? 

Anxiety is such a terrible feeling, I know.  I was having pretty bad morning anxiety towards the end of my taper from clon. as well as after I jumped.

It has since lessened considerably. 

It will get better for you.  I hope it does soon

The anxiety I have as well, sometimes worse than others.

I remember having it before any Benzo. It was very difficult then.

Some days I have it all day, others not.. you're not alone.

Take it one day at a time.

Have you tried anything to cope with the anxiety?

It's temporary, not permanent, and as I have read and researched..

The anxiety you are experiencing now.. will fade as time goes by.
