Dramamine for Vertigo

Has anyone tried dramamine for vertigo?  Did it help your vertigo?  How often did you take it?  Any concerns with taking dramamine during benzo tapering?

I didn't try dramamine but I did try meclazine and a transderm scope patch.  Meclazine made me feel worse and the patch helped a little but caused extra withdrawal symptoms after I took it off.  What did help was going to a physical therapist who specialized in the Epley Manuever.  He was able to do some movements with my head that cleared up the vertigo. I still have balance problems but not the spinning sensation of vertigo.  The balance issues has been my worst symptom so far.  I hope yours clears up soon.

I tried Meclizine once and it made my sx's worse...

it supposed to help dizziness, but it made mine worse.
