8 months and symptom free..

just a quick update...I am now 8 months off and have been symptom free for 3 months... it can be done... I thought I was going to feel lousy for the rest of my life... I never felt good while I was tapering, it was only after I jumped off that my symptoms started going away... It's worth it... Life is good... I am celebrating my youngest daughters fourth birthday today, I can't remember her 2nd or 3rd...but I will remember this one...

may i ask what benzo were you on? dosage? for how long?  what was your taper plan like?
