Mental symptoms persist

I am currently 6 months out from daily 5 years usage and the biggest symptoms are mental.

I know. I'm eight months out and the physical stuff rears its head but primarily my biggest battles are in the mental arena. Lack of motivation, anxiety, low spirits. It's hard for me to find direction in life in general. I don't enjoy anything or find satisfaction.

 

I know this takes time. I'm looking for any direction that can help. Hope someone jumps on with something for both of us!
