my hot flash / sweats have stopped!

I've been suffering horrible hot flashes with sweats ever since I started tapering down from 1mg klonopin last November. I'm now three weeks after jumping off completely and for the last few days I have been free of the hot flash / sweats. They were really awful -- happened probably a couple of times per hour. And it was embarrassing, the sweat was really apparent. Hoping they don't come back, but it looks good!

Congratulations on being benzo free, I’m glad to hear the hot flashes have stopped, I can relate to it being embarrassing but mine used to happen because I’m old.  

 

How are you doing otherwise, are you still dealing with symptoms, three weeks out is still pretty early in recovery.
