Sleeping every other day. I shouldnt complain since I'm off the k for 6 weeks and i know it will get better. I'm really happy to have you guys telling me this is normal and that time is the healer. Tonight I will go to bed at 11:30 and see where God takes me-- No Milk thistle, probiotics, Magnessium, potassium, cherry tarts, gaba, no L-thenine, no requipp for RLS. Everyone has been so helpful here. I just want to live again... I will watch what I eat and not eat too late...See where the chips fall and benzo insomnia at least the next day doenst feel as bad as it use to. It is like I know what to expect---NUMBNISS
