Gotta ask/ hate people

I'm so angry and extremely irritated at people now! I was always a very religious person but now I feel now that's all gone. I think humans are behaving especially badly now.

The world can look especially dark when we're in the thick of withdrawal and feel horrible.  It can be really hard to maintain a positive outlook..  I think it can help if you minimize your exposure to discouraging stories in the media which certainly skews toward the negative. As you recover the world will brighten again.
