I started back on xanex after 6 years abstinance

Hello I'm back,

I used this website to kick my benzo addiction back in 2016 stayed benzo free until June of this year.

I started taking 1-mg.Xanex at night to help me sleep. after on and off use I noticed Mood swings and

irrational self behaviors. Last week I remenbered Benzo buddies and here I am. This time around I am

using a taper down plan.  I had been using 2mg. white zani bars and biting them in half so 1 mg per day.

Starting last week I started using .5mg. thus cutting the dose in half. I usually take the .5 dose befor I go

to bed. I will get solid sleep for about 4 hours then wake up and my thoughts start racing. sometimes I can

get back to sleep.

I am hoping and praying that this step down plan with have a short and happy ending as this time around

I only abused 1 Mg. / day for about 3 months consistently. Can't say that I am happy to be back However

I'm glad that you guys are here.

That taper may be a bit too rapid considering your previous use, if it is, do you have enough pills to slow it down?

Yes I Do have plenty;  its over the counter here .

I did cold turkey after 15 years of 1mg. /day. back in 2016.

I need support and I thank you greatly. I will definitely keep on posting my progress.
