Support Groups

I accidentally deleted my post from yesterday. I wanted to know if there were any support groups for benzo withdrawal.

I'm in a perfect storm and could really use some help. I recently changed insurance to reduce my medication costs and I

having a very difficult time finding anyone who takes my insurance.
