« on: December 05, 2022, 01:35:44 pm »
Hi,
I have been monitoring my blood pressure daily during my taper.  What's considered too high and too low when it comes to blood pressure?

I know a number of members will resort to medication for high blood pressure while going through this, have you talked to your doctor?

Here and there it jumps above 120/80 but on average it stays in a good range around 115/75 with no medications.
