Caffeine
« on: November 02, 2022, 03:32:33 am »
Hello. How are they? I am just 22 years old, and I am a university student, unfortunately I am in abstinence and I have to take my final exams.

I study at night, I do mks night study marathons and I have a cup of coffee and at 4 am I go to sleep. (I don't work)
I also drink 2 cups of tea, one for breakfast and one for snack I think my cup is 340ml Is this caffeine consumption recommended? ruin my abstinence? or prolong it?

All my life I drink 2 cups of tea and coffee because I have to study. I am close to reaching 19 months and I have good days and bad days.

I don't drink energy drinks, nor coca cola.

I don't believe caffeine will delay your recovery but it can make it more intense if caffeine makes you anxious or jittery.  I had to give it up for a few weeks but was able to return to it when my symptoms settled a bit.
