Alcohol and withdrawals

Hi,

 

I decided to quit Valium, but discovered that alcohol + withdrawals -> bad combination for me ( worst migraine ever ).

 

I did not plan to stop alcohol, but I think it's better. It's making me anxious ( to stop ). Alcohol + Valium withdrawals at the same time ...

 

Anyone has been / is in a similar situation ? Any advice ?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yup! I went to detox. Watch for warning signs. Communicate with someone close to you what you are going through.
