These are the symptoms I have been experiencing since taking/CT benzo

1) insomnia -barely surviving with 2-4 hours of interrupted sleep

2)fear of going out -acrophobia- just couldn't take in the crowds/noise/surroundings

3) unable to focus on videos/articles/text

4) restless/agitation

5) moody/depression

6)bedridden as no mood to do anything, including washing up, giddiness due to chronic insomnia

7) loss of perspective if I go outdoors, don't know where to look?

8)no appetite/urge to eat

9) racing thoughts, some thoughts are bizarre, out of the world

I am getting worried, I have become like a robot and I lie in my bed the entire day

Am i going insane? frank opinions are welcomed

These are common withdrawal signs.

Im going through the same thing.

We are both writing in clear English, and we're both not saying abnormal things.

All so relatable.  How long are you off ? That not knowing where to look, is really accurate.

You are not going insane. I had almost all those symptoms but I still have some physical ones like boaty dizziness and numbness and tingling a year and a half out.
