Any way to get a break?

Is there any way to get a break from the nonstop thinking, thinking, thinking, and physical discomfort that ranges from akathesia to just not being able to relax in the body? I haven't slept more than a few scattered hours in a month and i can't nap. I'm miserable. I just want to REST.

What about cbd? Is that a bad idea due to gaba receptor? I think it works by lowering glutamate, but may be wrong.
