mental akathesia

Anyone have this while tapering?

I think I have it. Terror feeling. Or is this just anxiety?

Gosh yes, I feel this so much. Currently tapering off clonazapam. I’ve had physical akathesia and I feel like mental akathesia is a good way to describe it…I am so on edge, anxious, restless, mind just won’t stop…even though there’s not much actually going on upstairs at the moment, it feels like my mind is bouncing around, just like my legs when I had drug induced akathesia. I don’t have anything to offer other than knowing you’re not alone! Best of luck with your journey!
