When i sneeze, i feel 100% normal

Lol this is a weird one but when i sneeze i feel completely normal for about 15 seconds then boom back to dp/dr. Would this have anything to do with sinus pressure?

Sneezing is such an odd reflex.  Sometimes in the morning before I've had anything to eat I'll get nauseous, then I'll need to sneeze, and after I do the nausea is gone.  Or other times, I'll have a tickle in my throat and instead of coughing I'll sneeze, tickle is gone.  I know this has nothing to do with benzo symptoms but I find sneezing to be quite useful.  I hope it continues to provide you with relief.

Wow - I thought I am the only one going through this where I Sneeze and my Dp/Dr felt good for few seconds. I guess it has to do with benzo ...Glad or may be Sad to hear there more people feels this way..Hopefully one day we sneeze and it gets fix for good :smitten:

I feel relief when I sneeze I think its more a subconscious thought for me like oh , something normal I still can do. =/
