[dr...]
Lol this is a weird one but when i sneeze i feel completely normal for about 15 seconds then boom back to dp/dr. Would this have anything to do with sinus pressure?
[Pa...]
Sneezing is such an odd reflex. Sometimes in the morning before I've had anything to eat I'll get nauseous, then I'll need to sneeze, and after I do the nausea is gone. Or other times, I'll have a tickle in my throat and instead of coughing I'll sneeze, tickle is gone. I know this has nothing to do with benzo symptoms but I find sneezing to be quite useful. I hope it continues to provide you with relief.

[op...]
I thought you might appreciate this article - apparently sneezing increases endorphins and relieves stress, which makes a lot of sense: https://www.cbsnews.com/minnesota/news/good-question-why-does-sneezing-feel-so-good/ Hope the affects of your sneezes linger longer and longer ...
