I fight feeling bad or off most days, yes. I’ve just learned to function not feeling right. I just go to bed every night hoping one day I’ll feel normal again and this constant feeling of unease will go away.

Hug. Me too Al-pal, I'm sorry you do this too, I'm always talking myself out of something or feeling odd in this way or that way.

When I'm distracting myself or when I'm running, I'm somewhat away from all the misery

 

If I start focusing on how I feel, then it's bad.
