[tw...]
For those who've gotten better, does the torture let up all of a sudden and stay away? Or is it a gradual diminishment over time? Thank you.
[Ne...]
In my current, last setback...my healing was super, super, super slow so gradual at times I didn't even notice that one symptom went away. No symptom was gone overnight ever for me. The mental torture was the last to go and it was super, slow healing as well. But this is me and everyone is different. Not everyone has had 5 setbacks like myself over my 7 years since stopping lorazepam short term and prescribed for sleep.
[So...]
Mine was gradual over time. But I was never a windows and waves person. Just straight symptoms until they started fading away.
[or...]
Gradual. Like Belle, no windows and waves for me. Just a gradual lessening of my s/x. Katz
[Ka...]
Gradual. Like Belle, no windows and waves for me. Just a gradual lessening of my s/x. Katz Same for me. Insomnia was the last problem to resolve for me and that took about a year. I sleep great now, though, better than I did with benzos.
