Temperature changing and feeling clammy in heated house and 90 degree weather

I just, if struggling was a face it would be mine. Over this last 2 months I'd been having some great windows and now I am freezing 🥶.  All the time I feel clammy and can't seem to get warm. My temperature will be around 97 to 98.1 regularly but I will still feel like im cold, few months ago it was spikes of 99.3 . The non linear thing is hard for anyone to believe I think, also have inner tremors going on and more panic lately , panic to me is just a word but it's actually a racing heart after rating and alot of indigestion,  im so close to taking pepcid as I am very tired of it. Any relation to any of this dumb post, much appreciated. #scaredofthewall

Another weird thing.  I woke up last night and I really wasn't breathing, and when I tried to make myself breathe it's like my body wasn't wanting to regulate.  Very strange. I dont know how I fell back asleep because it was really strange and my back felt really tight .
