anorexia and anhedonia and dpdr

Has anyone else experienced these? I can barely eat.

 

Also, what does dpdr feel like? I feel like there's no one home inside me. I also feel like I need to run, as if away from a murderer. And my body feels "off."

 

Overall, I just feel like my brain is very, very sick. And it's very lonely.

All normal, find something that you can eat, many people have issues with eating. It's rough, dp dr can be different for everyone , I often felt like detached from the body and looking in the mirror it's like you're outside of yourself. Month 5 is still early, really, I'm in month 9 and that's also still early. I understand the feeling you're talking about and I have it as well.
