General physical discomfort

Does anyone else get not pain but just a general physical discomfort? I can't get comfortable lying down or sitting.

To me, this sounds (and feels) like a type of akathisia (and/or with some DP/DR?). Whatever position, you have no 'aaaah' feeling of just being ok sitting or lying in that position... it used to be utterly horrible but has lightened quite a bit. So keep going one day at a time, every day is another day forward.
