6 months off.

Finally hit the 6 month free mark but still having the benzo flu every single day!

Has anyone else struggled with this particular symptom as a constant if so when did it finally leave for good?

Yes.  I'm approaching 8 months off and with a few exceptional windows, I feel like I'm getting a cold...  but I'm not.  I'm in a wave right now.  It's pretty bad.  It's affecting my breathing and sinuses, my walking, my vision, my sleep....  etc.

If I didn't know others were suffering like this I'd think I was dying.

Extreme fatigue, bad taste in mouth, freezing cold during the day and hot at night...basiclly just like the flu but without fevers

I feel cold in the day so much so that I have to wrap up in blankets and im still cold, feel a clamminess a d generally unwell feeling often, light headed, headaches, sweat at night.
