I have a constant litany of no hope going through my brain and I can't see past it.

 

Are all these agonizing feelings of panic from the taper that ended 4 months ago? Why now? Or are they just reasonable panic?

 

I can't go anywhere or do anything. I'm barely holding onto my remote job.

 

Day after day after day. I don't know where to turn for help.

I've read so many posts about the 4 month mark, its seems to be a rough one.  This isn't you and it won't be you when you recover so your job is to provide the best possible environment for recovery which means positive thoughts, rest, healthy food and exercise if you can, your brain needs this to do its job of repair and its very good at its job.
