Aspertame possibly causing wd symptoms

I've recently been drinking a diet soda. It's not something I normally do but had bought pack of caffeine free fresca. I have noticed every day I drank a can I had terrible symptoms. I skipped one day, didn't have symptoms. Yesterday was fine too but started drinking it and within an hour started getting symptoms. Did not finish the can. Today I am feeling fine again. Could it be the aspertame?

Could be linked.  What exact symptoms have you experienced?

"Aspartame (α-aspartyl-l-phenylalanine-o-methyl ester), an artificial sweetener, has been linked to behavioral and cognitive problems. Possible neurophysiological symptoms include learning problems, headache, seizure, migraines, irritable moods, anxiety, depression, and insomnia."

 

I have anxiety and lots of sensory sensitivity plus tinnitus. I was jumping out of my skin after drinking that! I feel a lot better now though still have some symptoms. I really do believe aspertame was making it worse.
