Progesterone cream withdrawal

Hi I’ve been here before years ago. I left my intro on the introduction page. I need serious help.

I’m in progesterone cream withdrawal, it just like benzo withdrawal. My doc said I could stop after feeling some benzo withdrawal symptoms. I did, and have been struggling for the last few days. I took some other herbal meds to help with insomnia, and adrenaline surges, then this morning I used my progesterone cream and I became ill instantly. Vomiting, shakes, surges, panic. Feels like full blown withdrawal. I’m terrified. I can’t go through this again. I need help please.
