New symptom, anyone else?

13 months off Lorazepam. Just laying in bed and I got hit with a new symptom. First it felt like a adrenaline surge, then I started getting these very sharp and fast lightening surges in my back and neck. Now I'm left here feeling like I'm overly excited and in a rush, it's like drinking dozens and dozens of cups of coffee,there is also this internal shaking and unstable sensation through my body like I'm overly wired on a stimulant or something. There was some difficulty laying still (Not Akathisia) Just I felt like the longer I layed still the more on edge I'd build up. Then my neck and arm, wrist and hand feel either very heavy or weak... Like tightening my grip was so difficult.

Anyone else have this at the same time?
