Welcome to BenzoBuddies, we are glad you have joined our community!  We can help you as you let benzos go from you life.  We support a slow taper from benzos with reductions in dose in the 5-10% range every two weeks or so.  The Ashton Manual is the text we reference for this process and the link for the manual is below.  Going slow minimizes withdrawl symptoms and allows you to stay functional.
