advice needed asap

I started a new job and need to get through while simultaneously  going through intense withdrawal s/sx. I know every journey is different... if there is ANYTHING I can take while working that may help even a little bit I would greatly appreciate..... I have been supplementing with B12 and magnesium the past week with zero relief.

Benadryl or Remeron?  Just throwing that out there.

B12 can rev up symptoms. It increased my a lot. couldn't take any b vitamins..
